Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction offers an opportunity for prayerful conversation and guided reflection in order to discern the presence and leading of the Holy Spirit in your life.  Conversations include all the “stuff” of ordinary life–vocation, relationships, circumstances, health, joys and sorrows, boredoms and adventures–and seek to notice God’s presence, work, and invitations in the midst of those.

Spiritual Directors are trained in facilitating this time of prayerful listening. It is understood that God is the ultimate director, but the spiritual director may suggest scripture, prayer, a spiritual practice, an image or question to hold before God during your session together. This offer is grounded in biblical truth, confidential, helps you grow in prayer and live into your calling as a follower of Christ.
