Flourish will offer a Coach Training certification process through Coach Net International because of our commitment to equip leaders and provide resources that nurture ourishing ministry within ECO.
Session One: Thursday 1 pm to 6 pm // Session Two: Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Having a coach can be a powerful asset in ministry and discipleship. More and more, pastors and ministers recognize the value of a quality coach to equip them to cultivate skills,
lead sta , mentor young leaders, mobilize volunteers and teams more strategically, and improve as a counselor.
COACH TRAINING PROCESS
The Flourish Coach Training Process uses curriculum developed by CoachNet for an initial level of training that takes about six months to complete. Upon completion of the training, participants receive certi cation through CoachNet. Coaches who wish to continue on in their training may inquire about further training through International Coaching Federation. Credentialed coaches may be added to an ECO resource list of recommended coaches to assist congregations, pastors, MAGs, and other ministry leaders in a variety of ministry contexts. Some people may be able to apply the coach training process for M.Div or D.Min credit.
$1750 - Includes all books, materials, assessments, subscription to CoachNet website, & 10 coaching sessions.

Hosted at First Presbyterian Church, directly following the 2019 National Gathering. Please extend your hotel stay for two additional nights after the gathering.
